| Bounce For Fun, a Frisco based Bounce House rental business in has been a long supporter for the Gary Burns Fun Run. In fact, this year’s event, which will be held on Oct 30, 2010 will be their 8 year offering donations to the cause. The Gary Burns Fun run which is a 5K Run/Walk which supports the Frisco Education Foundation, is estimated to have over 5,000 runners at this year’s event. Allison Miller, chairperson for the event says: “ Ed Mahoney and his team with Bounce For Fun have been amazing to work with and we really appreciate their dedication to our fundraiser. We look forward to many more years of working with them. “
Bounce For Fun, which rents bounce houses in Frisco and surrounding cities has had a long commitment to donating their products to various entities throughout the community. Ed Mahoney, owner of Bounce For Fun states : “ I strongly believe that since it’s the community that supports our business, we have a moral obligation to give back to the community as well. It’s been our pleasure to have donated over $1,500 a year toward various programs and fundraiser geared towards children.”
This year, the Gary Burns Fun Run will be located at Frisco Square Blvd and will start at 8:00am. Online registration is now available on the FISD website at: www.friscoisd.org under the “Events” page. Race day registration is also available between 7:00 and 8:00. |
